Job Description

Dataflex Nigeria Limited is a first generation Information Technology company in Nigeria dedicated to providing network based enterprise wide information and communication products and services as well as offering power protection system solutions. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Job Title: Client Services/Sales Manager
Reports to: Client Service Support Manager
Department: Support

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Dataflex's clients and managing their accounts.
  • Ensure that client needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability for Dataflex.
  • Interact with various departments, providing input that is used to create sales proposals, improve products and streamline business operations.
  • Responding to client inquiries and account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product and/or service information
  • Research and initiate corrections to transaction and/or account errors.
  • Maintaining existing accounts through excellent client service, creating and maintaining client files, obtaining required documentation
  • Create a database of information so as to give clients accurate update on their jobs and to be able to effectively monitor the repair efforts at the workshops.

Academic/Educational Requirements
  • B.Sc. or HND degree in any social science related course

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Must be female, young, single, articulate, emotionally intelligent, tolerant, handle pressure, multitasking good looking, well mannered, can work very well under whatever level of pressure.
  • Must be computer literate, good use of Microsoft office (word excel power point etc)
  • Must have previous experience in selling (especially selling support services)

Job Description

United States Mission Nigeria is recruiting for the position of a Human Resource Clerk to join their workforce.

Job Title: Human Resource Clerk
Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
  • Assists with local employee recruitment and also assists with the provision of employee services to serviced sections and agencies
  • Assists with training and presentation to larger audiences comprising of both local hires and American supervisors.
  • Assists with various Human Resources programs and performs assigned administrative duties, including maintenance of subject files.
  • Assists with the preparation of reports on various Human Resources issues.

Qualifications
  • A University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Business is required.
  • At least six (6) months experience in general office administration work requiring customer service in a medium sized organization is required.
  • Level IV (Fluent) Speaking /Reading English language is required.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel packages, with at least level III typing ability (minimum of 40 WPM) is required.
